Who is responsible of getting poor quality device into MOH Hospital?

Look at this drip set.


After pucture the Y-connector a few times, it started to become a 'real drip set'. Drpping and leacking away.

And it is supposed to be a Blood Transfusion set! Imagine that!



We have made a few complaints to the central store and now they no longer supply us with this inferior product but it still came with the patient from the ward... the fights for better healthcare continue...
