McCoy Laryngoscope... This is the 'gadget' which safe my patient's life and my a** today!
Called to A&E at about 10:30am to help intubate a case of MVA with GCS 6/15. Went there found out it was Grade IV laryngoscopy view... Luckily do have a McCoy n a bugie with me.... Thank God!
