Fraser's Hill

Went to Fraser's Hill during the Merdeka weekend. We left home at about 13:15hr on the 30th and arrived at Freser's Hill about 18:00hr.

It was a raining all the way after Tg Malim. Kids were comfortable in the car. The only stop we took was at the Tapah R&R.

We stayed in Shahzan Inn at the town center. A 3 stars joint, clean but nothing to shout about. This is the view from my room.

After a short rest, we went to the town center and had dinner at the only chinese restaurant in Freser's Hill - Hill View Restorant. Very laid back service and the food is ok but expensive. I guess that's what we have to pay 1500 meter above sea level.

Walk around the town which was built in 1919 by the British as a hill resort.

The Police station.

The OPD which man by staff nurses and MAs. There are 2 h/p # of the MAs pasted on the front door in case of emergency.

The beautiful clock tower of Freser's Hill.
